Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds will only be issued if:
There is a major quality issue with the food.
The order is incorrect due to our mistake.
The order is undelivered due to a restaurant error.
Cancellation of reservations must be done at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
Online payment refunds depend on the bank’s processing time and may take up to 10 business days.
