Refund Policy

At Parivvaar House, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place:

1. Food Orders

  • Once an order is placed and prepared, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Refunds will only be issued if:

    • There is a major quality issue with the food.

    • The order is incorrect due to our mistake.

    • The order is undelivered due to a restaurant error.

2. Party Room & Table Reservations

  • Cancellation of reservations must be done at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

  • Online payment refunds depend on the bank’s processing time and may take up to 10 business days.
